Your Account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your Account — or any rights, benefits, or obligations arising from it — to any third party.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tot55 Account login credentials — including your email address or mobile number and your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances, including to family members, friends, or anyone purporting to represent tot55.
tot55 will never ask for your password in any communication, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tot55 support immediately.
You must notify tot55 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tot55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your authorisation (express or implied) of another person to use your Account.
All transactions and bets made using your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified tot55 of actual or suspected unauthorised access and tot55 has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited to your tot55 PKR Wallet using the payment methods approved and displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit/credit cards. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to minimum deposit amounts as displayed on the Platform. Deposits from third parties, including payment methods not registered in your name, are prohibited.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals of real money balances may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions: (i) your Account has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of tot55; (ii) you have no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds that would restrict the withdrawal; (iii) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the Platform; and (iv) the withdrawal is directed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. tot55 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.
6.4 Forfeiture. Real money balances that remain unclaimed in a dormant Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or forfeiture in accordance with tot55's dormant account policy, details of which will be provided to you in advance by email.
tot55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. tot55 is not responsible for such third-party fees.
7.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on tot55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market type, as published on the Platform. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — follow cricket-specific settlement rules. tot55 reserves the right to void, amend, or settle bets differently in the event of manifest errors in odds, data feed errors, or unusual circumstances affecting the outcome of an event.
7.2 In-Play Betting. In-play or live betting markets close at different points depending on the event and market type. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. tot55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. tot55 will settle bets within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settled bets will reflect in your PKR Wallet balance.
7.4 Casino Games. All casino games offered through tot55 — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and RNG-based slot and table games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. 8.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds not used within the specified period will be automatically removed from your Account. Real money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.

All content, materials, software, design elements, graphics, text, data, databases, and other intellectual property on the tot55 Platform — including the tot55 brand name, logo, and domain — are owned by or licensed to tot55 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits tot55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

tot55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time if: (i) you are in breach of these Terms; (ii) tot55 has reason to believe you are engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (iii) regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account action; or (iv) a responsible gaming concern warrants protective intervention.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting tot55 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance remaining in your PKR Wallet will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited.
Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, tot55 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the Account pending investigation and outcome. Where funds are determined to have been accumulated through fraudulent means, they shall not be returned.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tot55 holds its gaming license, to the extent applicable and not inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection provisions of the player's country of residence.
